Reporting Copyright Infringement

6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must include:

• Your electronic or physical signature
• Identification of the removed or disabled material and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your district

Repeat Infringer Policy

TechPlexer will terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
